SOT (Secure Online Transactions), is a company contracted by Hemisferio Net that will be in charge of verifying payments and of corroborating that the merchandise is indeed delivered to the buyers. SOT guarantees simple, timely and safe transactions.

Buyers will make their deposits directly to SOT´s account or through Pay Pal, SOT will hold these deposits until the merchandise is retrieved by FedEx (or any other hired shipping company). This will ensure the buyer receives his or her merchandise. If the case arises that the seller does not remit the merchandise to FedEx, SOT will return the payment to the buyer, taking into account banking transaction fees.

If a buyer wishes to pay through PayPal s/he can do so to the following PayPal username: escrow@secure-ot.com However if a buyer pays through PayPal s/he should take into account PayPal´s cross border transactions fees.

PayPal´s cross border transaction fees are as follows:

Pay Pal´s cross border fee per transaction that are up to $3,000 USD is 3.9% + $0.30 USD.
