US buyers can buy from Mexican producers via credit lines offered by Coface Mexico Services. Some producers only accept Coface credit as payment for their goods. Coface is an international Credit Insurance company that facilitates cross-border trade. Buyers wishing to use Coface will need to apply and submit a credit application.

SOT (Secure Online Transactions), is a company contracted by Hemisferio Net that will be in charge of verifying payments and of corroborating that the merchandise is indeed delivered to buyers. SOT guarantees simple, timely and safe transactions.

Buyers will make their deposits to SOT through Pay Pal, and SOT will hold these deposits until the merchandise is retrieved by FedEx. This will ensure the buyer receives his or her merchandise. If the case arises that the seller does not remit the merchandise to FedEx, SOT will return the payment to the buyer, taking into account banking transaction fees.
